9.30. Still no walk. Found some more laundry to do. Trying to tidy but it just makes me depressed.
13.30 61F. Returned with four large and heavy bags of shopping. Misty drizzle. Lunch over. It has rained quite heavily at times since I came home. Very breezy. Very windy tomorrow. Gusting up to 20m/s = 45mph from the west.
15.30 As expected, the rain has formed lots of puddles in the drive. Highlighting where more gravel is needed. It keeps raining. So I will probably leave it until tomorrow. Then run the half full trailer along and start filling potholes all over again.
22.00 Dinner was mackerel on toast with tomatoes. Followed by tomato soup and a roll. It was a long, wet day of rest. More tomorrow but with added gales.
