31.03.2021 Samsø Insanity!

 ~~

Wednesday 31st 39-61F, another sunny day with temperatures promised up to 16C or 61F. A change to lighter clothes for my walk to the lanes. I took my camera with the longer lens but there wasn't much to capture.

In Danish news: The local government of the holiday island of Samsø put up 6 chargers for EVs. A Positive sign of progress? Forward thinking? Promising? No. Nej. Non! Now those chargers are to be removed. Why? Because there is a solitary, commercial charger on the popular tourist island.

It seems the kommune/council is not allowed to compete with commercial services. This in the <cough> "Land of Empty Climate Promises." Where the government's main, empty promise is to have 1 million EVs on the Danish roads within a very short period. Denmark has so few electric vehicles that Chinese tourists come here to photograph them as "rare birds." Let us hope they don't stray to Samsø!

Instead of democratising and hardening Denmark against attack. With local power production. It is building an unbelievably easy target in the form of an "energy island" with offshore turbines. The plan is all too obvious. Denmark has so many "climate" taxes on energy bills that the actual cost of the electricity is a vanishingly small fraction of the total.

Danish citizens suffer real, energy poverty and a major lack of insulation. While "they" spend billions on massive, centralised projects. All designed to keep the workers' noses to the grindstones to pay their massive quarterly bills. Meanwhile the tax-free wealthy sit on guaranteed, tax-free income from constantly escalating property investment values.

30.03.2021 Luddites? No. Leadites.

 ~~

Tuesday 30th 43-58F, bright start with sunny periods promised. A walk to the lanes in variable sunshine. Not much to report. A wagtail and some sparrows.

Several news stories caught my eye this morning. "World <cough> leaders" are calling for better preparation for any new pandemic.

My advice would be to seriously rethink how we elect world <cough> leaders. The bunch of moronic sociopaths who dropped, or hid the ball, for narcissistic reasons alone, has made the pandemic infinitely worse!

There is hardly any need to mention names. Even if the virus jumped from bats to mankind then Jinping fully deserves his lifelong title as Sly "Plague" Jinping. His willingness to hide a potential, global pandemic, just to save political face, was the major reason the virus escaped into a global crisis.

The rest will be judged by history in how quickly they "closed down" their own countries to protect the population. I would have them judged by an international court, while still alive, for mass public endangerment.

The UK alone could have saved 80% of completely unnecessary deaths. How? Boris The Circus Clown should have had closed down a week earlier. Instead of casting public doubt as to the very real dangers of the Jinping Plague.

Chump and other fuckwits, are still causing hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of completely unnecessary deaths. By being in denial, they show their total incompetence to hold office even as a street cleaner.

Perhaps a prosecution for "mass murder" is not going too far in some cases. Particularly for the supposedly elected fuckwits who still deny the existence of the plague. From Chump on downwards. That these deluded retards should even be listed for election is a crippling blow to mankind's progress. Their cult leader status is no more worthy than the bloody, tinpot dictators who still rule by some hereditary "right."

Biding is proving that he is as corrupt as Chump in his narrow, protectionist thinking. US big tech monopolies must be protected from normal national taxation?  Yet all others must suffer taxation? The threat of mass sanctions on supposedly US made goods? Most of which will be Chinese [slave] sourced anyway. How is that any different from US economic invasion by force?

Petrolhead fuckwits have been deliberately blocking EV charging stations with their cancer causing vehicles. The lead in their fuel of choice must have damaged their brains. Along with the billions of others exposed to the toxins of burning, taxpayer subsidised oil. Yes, I know they dropped lead years ago. It was too heavy for the 1% to hide the harm they were doing for literally decades.

How does the blockers childish idiocy change the coming clean wave of transport? Ask the Chinese. Who already have far more electric vehicles than the rest of the world put together. Given the smog which hangs over their genocidal dictatorship they had little choice. A constant, dystopian smog was far too near the hideous truth. It could not be painted over with party propaganda whitewash. Besides, it hid the shiny new infrastructure from their political and economic slaves' choking admiration!

29.03.2021 First ride in ages.

 ~~

Monday 29th 44-48F, very heavy overcast, windy and wet. Misty rain turned to heavy drizzle in the duration of my 40 minute walk to the lanes. No rain was/is forecast by either professional, seaweed fondling competitor. A song thrush bellowed from the roadside hedge above the traffic noise. Song thrushes don't seek the topmost twig of a tree, like blackbirds do. So are much more difficult to spot.

It rained for most of the morning. After lunch it stopped. So I rode on an errand. Only 8-9 miles on undulating lanes. At first the trike felt light and agile and I was going well. Not surprising with the wind at my back and mostly downhill. It rained briefly at half way but I safely posted the birthday card. Now the equivalent of £3.50 for an international, 50g letter to Gravely Broxit?

On the way back the wind was roaring in my ears. This, despite the Cosy Grip Grab "Aviator" medieval cap under my helmet. Now suddenly everything was uphill and the brakes must be dragging. I was now saddle sore after only a few miles. Though it was probably muscular rather than friction. I was wearing "proper" cycling shorts over long, thermal underwear. My feet were comfy too in my now elderly, Northwave, MTB, winter boots and loop pile, farmer's socks.

28.03.2021 Signs of increasing activity?

 ~~

Sunday 28th 40-44F, heavy overcast and breezy. Rain forecast for later.

A chill wind on the way to the lanes. Half a dozen brave clubmen were out training in a tight group on their bikes. A buzzard struggled to make headway into the headwind. I heard my first skylark of this year singing clearly. They have been around for the last few days but not singing steadily.

Sunday traffic was average. With several signs of increased outdoor activity as the country carefully opens up. There were several cars with junior scramblers or mountain bikes on rear racks. Spring flowers and a few leaves showing now. Mostly snowdrops and crocuses.

Wet and windy after lunch.

27.03.2021 What a grey day!

 ~~

Saturday 27th 41F, heavy overcast, wet and windy.  I risked a walk and was rewarded with wind and half hearted rain. Yet again I was grateful for my hood and peaked cap. A gaudy woodpecker had been attracted to a bird table to join the smaller birds. A few crows dotted the fields. The traffic was light. A brave racing cyclist was out training in brightly coloured clothing to match his very smart bike.

26.03.2021

 ~~

Friday 26th 38-53F, bright but breezy. Sunny periods possible.

An early, two hour walk to the far woods. Variable sunshine and a cool wind. I saw a distant shrike and a small flock of deer. Captured 261 images.

A day of milder, but changeable weather.

There are calls for the big internet companies to ban 12 particular persons. Those who are largely responsible for most of the false, online information on the Jinping Plague and vaccines.

These people have around 60 million known followers according to researchers. If these people are not banned from the popular, online platforms then their lies will continue to circulate. More people will die.

Will retrospective cases be allowed to sue the platforms for tolerating and publishing these deluded creeps? Freedom of speech? Freedom to kill the innocent by false information? Not the idiots who believe them. But the countless victims of the idiots' deluded followers.

25.03.2021 Blind, deaf and dumb, Western slavers face backlash from Chinese propaganda machine.

 ~~

Thursday 25th 38-52F, overcast with thick mist.  A short walk to the lanes. The mist was very patchy but not as thick as recent days. It is trying to brighten up now. It eventually turned sunny and remained so. Though still with a chill wind at times.

Western companies, long profiting handsomely from Chinese slavery and forced labour, are facing a backlash from Jinping@Propaganda.Stalin.com. The chain retailers' crime? Questioning the internal affairs of genocidal Sly "Plague" Jinping's sociopaths. By refusing to accept slave produced cotton.

The recent, Western sanctions against named, Chinese, slave drivers, torturers, rapists and forced, child labour profiteers has caused a demand for a Chinese boycott. Against whom? These same, blind deaf and dumb, western companies.

These calls are coming directly, of course, from highly paid [i.e. loyal] professional, Chinese, media "influencers" in the employ of this generation's very own Sly "Plague" Stalin, Jinping. There was talk online of workers "fighting over well paid jobs" producing cotton and luxury retail goods.

"ARBEIT MACHT FREI"

Meanwhile, the Western shopper's backlash against Nike, H&M and other serial slavers has yet to unfold. Those who cared, already knew of the very doubtful practices of these sociopathic companies. Which makes them all hypocritical sociopaths themselves. Doesn't it?

24 Mar 2021

24.03.2021 Ozzy hell.

 ~~

 Wednesday 24th 41F, overcast and expected to remain so. A SW breeze. Despite having reached 44F the wind was still cold. Any plans to venture beyond the lanes were soon curtailed. A few crows picked over the thinly clad fields. There were Long-tailed tits in the garden.

I dreamt I had died and gone to hell. But it was only Australia. Fire, flood, spiders, mice, misogyny, Jinping Plague, genocide, imprisonment and suppression of the native peoples, theft of natural resources, destruction of cultural sites and art, sexism, corruption, heatwaves, skin cancer, drugs and alcoholism, droughts, racism, ignoring climate change, church paedophiles, obscene inequality, coral bleaching.. The list is endless. Just like the USA, really, but with fewer fuckwits owning machine guns.

23.03.2021 Denbee yoof kareres saved by lokle ejikaters! 🤣

 ~~

Tuesday 23rd 40F, heavy overcast, calm. A long, grey day is forecast. As long as it stays dry.

A cool westerly headwind as I headed for the lanes. Only to be confronted by a crop sprayer at my exit point. Eek! I did a quick about turn and didn't look back!

Remember that blogging the hideous truth about youth and education in Denbigh, North Wales, will get you sacked. Freedom of Speech is dead! Your portly, deeply tanned, trainee prostitutes and cocaine snorting, gang member's future careers are now safe. It will be standing room only on every Denbigh street corner. The blight of Welsh mass unemployment is finally at an end! 🤣

https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-wales-56490673

Goldman Sucks says that 95 hour weeks are "going the extra mile." Their boot camp sociopaths are welcome to whine all they like on their way to their Lamborghinis and stately homes. Beware AI though. All that effort might well lead to a thorough rug whipping out from under! Gambling with other people's money may soon be a very, short lived career.

The Danish news is about a home delivery grocery business run by yet more sociopaths. The same old pyramid selling scheme. Where the front line workers earn a pittance for piss poor conditions and insanely long working days. While the bosses play with their investment billions they even had a fine system. Where a piss poor day's pay was docked for late deliveries.

22 Mar 2021

22.03.2021 Oh the irony!

 ~~

Monday 22nd. 30F, thick mist, with a white frost. A cool northerly breeze again. Heavy overcast. The 100 yard mist lifted slowly to 150 yards during my walk. The number of rear fog lights showing could be counted on the fingers of one hand. Several cars had no lights showing at all.

Pootin is holidaying in Siberia. Doing his pretend "macho" thing behind the wheel of a truck. Alas, the Russian people can never have a holiday from pootin.

21 Mar 2021

21.03.2021 pootin cheats er-dog-an at caveman happiness trials. 73/93

 ~~

Sunday 21st 38-42F, bright start but breezy. The usual culprits are battling it out over different forecasts. They can't both be right. So one must be [completely] wrong. It brightened up later.

A cold, northerly wind struggled against watery sunshine on my walk to the lanes. A solitary, small deer was resting against the far hedge, two fields over. I snapped away at various settings trying to make it less than invisible.

boris The Clown wants more nukes. He claims "russia" is a threat. WRONG! The threat is pootin the Bloody Awful and boris The Clown. boris couldn't even run a proper pandemic and he still wants to be <cough> putin <cough> charge of even more nukes? Seriously?

pootin is said to be apoplectic over his lifetime dictatorship's miserable ranking in the global happiness stakes. He has ordered his loyal sociopaths to beat up anyone looking unhappy in the street. Well, that should increase the number of mask wearers, if nothing else.

er-dog-an, The Tinpot Tribal Chief, has just signed an open license for wife beaters. That should help to increase national happiness. There are big plans for national TV to have live studio contests. To be called "Turkish Championships at Walking Into a Door." Intended for those "brave blokes" who can draw the most blood, out of a <cough> willing <cough> partner, against the clock. There is to be no lower age limit for "willing victims."

Supposedly <cough> male <cough> contestants will be required to wear sabre-toothed tiger, fur shorts. Plus the usual, large gold medallion and fighting cock spurs. To publicly prove their manhood and to ensure a fair beating of the inferior gender. Their "willing victims" will all be required to wear skimpy underwear, high heels and legal shackles.

Discussions are ongoing whether a traditional "turkish delight" mask will hide the blood and bruising. Which would completely spoil the show for the expectedly vast <cough> male only audiences. With big prizes on offer, there are already lots of very public, practice sessions in the streets. 38% of Turkish women reporting [institutionalised] violence can't all be wrong. Can they?

20.03.2021 Happiness is in the eye of the heholder..

 ~~

Saturday 20th 34F, overcast. A cool, grey day is forecast with a slight risk of light showers. A cold wind again on my familiar walk to the lanes. Two joggers today. A long, grey day with light, misty rain.

Denmark came second to Finland in the national happiness stakes. Other Scandinavian countries ranked highly. Interestingly [?] no dictatorship came anywhere close. That's delusions of grandeur for you. You can make people afraid and even laugh at you [behind your back] but you can't make them smile.

19.03.2021

 ~~

Friday 19th 34-36F, white frost, bright start but rather cloudy. Aching all over from repeated, excessive exercise working on a project. A walk usually helps. I'll let you know: Only a little.

A cold, north easterly wind made my eyes water as the cloud thickened to overcast. Single drops of rain turned to single flakes of wintry stuff. Crows were having a shouting match. Out of sight somewhere. Down near the village.

A few gulls reluctantly moved away. What they are doing in the absence of mink fodder I have no idea. The former thousands are down to less than ten. The smaller birds can't wait for spring. There were fifteen sparrows perched on a single twig in the hedge. Monitoring my plodding approach to the garden gate. The first wagtail has arrived in our area.

The afternoon 36F cleared from cool and cloudy with light hail to almost cloudless, bright sunshine.

18 Mar 2021

18.03.2021

 ~~

Thursday 18th 32F, bright but cloudy start. Calm. A walk to the lanes in bright sunshine under a feathery sky. With no detectable wind the turbines must have been running on battery power.

~~

17 Mar 2021

17.03.2021 Mist then sunshine.

 ~~

Wednesday 17th 32-47F, thick mist. A walk to the lanes in 120 yard mist. Quite a lot of traffic today.

Another exhausting day working in the garden. Lots of sunshine but cool in the shade.

An image from a day or two ago.

16 Mar 2021

16.03.2021

 ~~

Tuesday 16th 32F, thick mist. Where's our promised sunshine?

A walk to the lanes dodging traffic in 100 yard mist. A cool breeze kept my head down and hood up.

It eventually turned into a sunny day. I hope I didn't get sunburnt!

~~

15 Mar 2021

15.03.2021

Monday 15th 39F, heavy overcast, damp with increasing wind forecast.

No walk so far. Nor was there. As I struggled with physics against human frailty. Only to win the first battle.

14 Mar 2021

14.03.2021 Look deer!

 ~~

Sunday 14th 36F, bright start, light winds and some thin cloud. Time to get some more exercise.

A longer walk today. Mostly in bright sunshine but with variable cloud cover. A small pair of Roe deer were sunbathing against a distant hedge. Then they were joined by two hares. I plodded up to the local viewpoint but it was badly spoilt by haze.

A familiar farm track down to the lake beckoned. As I came around a corner of a tall hedge there was a group of 5-6 deer grazing. They were gathered in a dark opening under the trees.

I had the sun directly behind me and the wind in my face. Several deer moved away but a doe and her young buck hung around. Staring intently at me but unable to make a decision about the likely threat I offered.

Rather unusually I had lots of time. So I just kept snapping away trying different camera settings. The image is shrunk from a 5000 pixel original to 1000 pixels for the blog. Reduced to Medium format. [Click for enlargement.] Slightly cropped for composition. 200mm [MFT] with 1.4x [in camera] Teleconverter and 4x digital zoom. Which is 1120mm MFT or 2240mm [Full Frame] hand held with dual stabilisation. The deer were about 150 yards away. Lumix G9 with Leica-Lumix 50-200mm.

The lake was well furnished with Mallards and Shelducks but the light was directly ahead. Making photography a bit of a struggle. 213 images in total in an hour and three quarters.

13 Mar 2021

13.03.2021

 ~~

Saturday 13th 38F, heavy overcast and a bit breezy.  Rain expected later this morning. A walk to the lanes in a cold wind. I kept my hood up and survived to tell the tale. The rain was pouring down by mid morning. I used a clearing in the weather, after lunch, to continue developing aches and pains.

12 Mar 2021

12.03.2021

 ~~

Friday 12th 39F 06:30. Overcast, with fast moving cloud from the west. Only a light breeze.

08:30 Occasional sunshine now but the wind has picked up.

Later walk curtailed by the cold gale.

Spent the day working on a project in the garden.

~~

11 Mar 2021

11.03.2021 Gales and rain.

 ~~

Thursday 11th 39F, gales and rain after a "noisy" night. The gusts will peak at 18.00 with 24m/s. About 55mph. No walk today.

The image is of distant windmills under yesterday's "ground rice and blackcurrant jam" sky. Brightened, cropped and resized.

The latest weather warning has storm force winds turning to the west in the late afternoon/early evening. Gusts possible up to 28m/s or 60mph. We have some shelter from trees in that direction. Weird. We didn't notice any wind.

~~

10 Mar 2021

10.03.2021 Noisy swans.

 ~~

  Wednesday 10th 26F, white frost. Bright start but quickly becoming cloudy with rain promised for later.

A cold easterly wind kept my gloved hands cold for most of my hour and a half walk. Down to the next village. Then the steep track up to the beech woods on the summit. Where thirty-odd, Whooper swans went over.

 I descended via the field tracks and back along the marsh. Where there was not a single duck on the half frozen lake. The ground was rock hard wherever I travelled. Even where it is normally very wet and soft. Making progress on tractor tracks unusually uncomfortable.

 A cruising Red kite kept teasing me but the sky was very dull grey. Making photography difficult. The images required lots of brightening and heavy cropping. A heron and a pair of geese did their own fly pasts with only similar results.

 10.30 and it has only just reached 36F. 39F in the very windy afternoon. Rain by 5pm. Gales and rain tomorrow.

9 Mar 2021

9.03.2021 A prince too dusky for the gildy?

 ~~

 Tuesday 9th 26F, clear and bright with a SE breeze. A repeat of yesterday. A clearer start but slightly more wind.  A walk to the lanes in bright sunshine. Saw the first hares in ages. Sunbathing against the far hedge, two fields over. So not easy to capture with the TZ7 at that distance. I knew I should have taken the G9 and the long lens while it was sunny.

 It seems that the use of twenty four, royal residences is not remotely enough to keep the disunited kingdom, royal family far enough apart. Now the fake news, global advertising media is desperate to know. Whom the "white trash" amongst the smug classes, might be. Whatever. Keep pushing the product!

~~

8 Mar 2021

8.03.2021 Ice and sunshine.

 ~~~
Monday 8th 21F, -6C, brightening for a sunny day? A hard white frost.
A walk to the lanes in bright sunshine. It has risen to freezing point but didn't feel particularly cold. The lack of wind helped.
Distant deer kept a wary eye on me from three fields over. While a flock of sheep provided a rare sight in the Danish landscape.
It was a cool but sunny day. Pleasant in the sunshine but decidedly chilly in the shade. Iced over water containers remained frozen.
7 Mar 2021
7.03.2021 Fromage lumbers on from ruinous Broxit but is still a free man.
 ~~
Sunday 7th 36F, Heavy overcast and breezy with mixed forecasts. A loop around the windy fields by the spray tracks. Captured a few landscapes but the light did not provide any "sparkle."
It started raining at 11.30. Putting an end to my foolish energy expenditure on the garden project.
A senior police officer has put an end to his junior officers receiving the virus vaccine "out of turn."
A Danish vaccine centre had completed their list of those present. Only to discover that they had valuable doses left. So, rather than "throw them in the bin" they chose to cross the road to the local police station. Where they used up their surplus stock on serving officers.
What a great idea, you might think? There is a desperate shortage of vaccines in Denmark and the EU. The vaccines are very expensive. But, hey, let's not let that get in the way of "policy." It is only taxpayer's money in tax burned Denmark after all. Nope. Not if you are this particular senior, Danish police officer.
No doubt his minions will wryly think of this. The next time they automatically place their lives on the line in service to the people.
"Font line personnel?" Not according to this particular police boss. Save on potential sick leave of "vital personnel?" Nope. Help to reduce the risk of spreading the pandemic further? By those in regular contact with lots of the general public? Nope. Not if you are this particular, senior police officer:
6.03.2021 Insane/Mad/Sociopathic driving behaviour?
 ~~
Saturday 6th 34F, overcast with signs of an overnight dusting of snow.
The EU has quashed Danish plans to confiscate "insane" driver's, hired or leased cars. They argued that the owner has no control over the "insane" behaviour of its customers. The Danish government had hoped to crack down on "insane" driving. Which is described as "vanvidskørsel." Google suggests "vanvid" means "frenzied." i.e. Driving at high speed, or in a manner which shows a complete lack of care for other road users or the general public. What about "sociopathic driving behaviour?"  The complete absence of conscience or self blame for criminal behaviour. Chump driving?
5th March 2021 "Give me sunshine... tra-la-la-la!"
 ~~
 Friday 5th 22F, -6C, white frost but a cool, sunny day is promised. It was certainly bright but there were very few birds about until I returned home. Sunny with a 40F]?] maximum.
I had to stop work on my garden project when I had another bout of dizziness.
4.03.2021
 ~~
Thursday 4th 34F, heavy overcast, slightly misty with a light NW breeze. Sunshine promised for this afternoon.
The pale bird of prey was braving the cool wind from a local copse. A little over one hundred gulls fidgeted on the usual, roadside field before retreating. Grey skies sink the spirits.
It became sunny in the late afternoon. Though it never quite breached 40F/4.5C.
3 Mar 2021
3.03.2021 Mist? What mist 2?
 ~~
 Wednesday 3rd 26F/-3C overcast, almost calm with a distant mist. Hoar frost has sugar coated everything overnight.
Thick mist had descended by the time I left just after 8.30.Total invisibility of vehicles beyond less than 80 yards. I left the road early to use the frozen spray tracks up to the woods. Back along the marsh where a noisy goose alarmed a solitary duck on the pond. The opposite bank was too soft focus to make out anything.
Back on the road, I started counting vehicles again. The mist had now thinned to 120 yards complete invisibility. Only six out of 30 vehicles had rear fog lights showing. Two vans had faulty lighting with only the nearside lit. Two vans were driving with no lights at all.
In the afternoon I had to fetch more fuel for the stove. Just as I was crawling out of the drive, very carefully, a car approached at high speed, out of the thick mist, showing no lights at all. I managed to pull the bonnet back in but it was very close.
I followed them for a couple miles until I reached my turning. I even flashed them a couple of times without any reaction. They turned right without indicating at a major junction.
Just for clarity: It is illegal to drive without dipped headlights at any time of day and night in Denmark. It is also a requirement, in many countries, to drive on dipped headlights and showing rear fog lights in reduced visibility. Judging from my own small sample only 1 in 5 drivers use their rear fog lights. One in 15 drive without any lights even in thick fog. Few drivers adjust their speed for the poor conditions.
~~
2 Mar 2021
2nd March Mist? What mist?
 ~~
 Tuesday 2nd March 33F, thick mist and heavy overcast. 100 yard complete invisibility on my walk to the lanes. Of the 17 vehicles which passed me, only two drivers could be arsed to switch on their rear fog lights.
Four cars and a van had no rear lights showing at all. This despite the legal requirement for normal running lights to be shown day and night in Denmark. I noticed no reduction in speed to compensate for the poor conditions. I'd call that a rather pitiful performance from quite a small sample.
I am continuing to get far too much exercise on a DIY building project. Which means I am constantly aching all over.
1 Mar 2021
1st March 2021 The Fourth Reich?
 ~~
 Monday 1st March. 38F and misty. With a heavy overcast. A walk around the rural block. About three miles in all.  A bird of prey was holding down a post in a field full of ponies. It remained unmoved despite my plodding presence only 50 yards away.
 The small shops are re-opening today. So we can all look forwards to Denmark's third wave. The Danish youth has already been partying for months [illegally] like there's no tomorrow. [sic]
 I see Dunny-Kruger Von Chump is rallying his racist retards towards automatic re-election. As the Republican Old Guard Brownshirts and Brownnosers put away their differences, their long knives and personalised AK47s. In the desperate hope of surfing Chump's "Golden Rain" Campaign to renewed, fascist glory in 2024. Can we expect a "Coal Mine Skamf," personally signed in crayon, to celebrate his coming win?
