  Tuesday 22nd 44F/7C [8.20] Bright but much cooler. A sunny day is promised. Peaking at 17C/63F. With lighter winds. 19C/66F in the room. The heat pump has been turned on. Set to 21C/70F.

 Up at 7.30 after being awake and then up in the night. No explanation. Just wide awake at 3.30. Stayed up until 5.30. Watching YT videos. I did the washing up at 10pm last night.  

 My English friend is coming to me today. 

 We had Danish pastries and then set off in his car. 120km later we were at our destination. We had a good look around and then headed home again. Shopping at the half way point on the way back. It was a perfect day. Pleasantly warm, full sunshine and no wind. 

 Dinner was a chicken fry-up. With mushrooms, tomatoes and tweggs on toast.
