Not to mention the massive CO2 footprint of concrete and other building materials. Then there's the CO2 from the building work itself. Plus transport and millennia of maintaining security over a large area of No Man's Land.
Britain enjoys highly favourable wind and wave conditions. Record tidal flows and immense, daily variations in sea water level. Meanwhile the Jinping Plague continues to threaten as Boris The Clown denies any responsibility for fumbling the initial outbreak. Nor having any plans to combat the growing threat.

The Perfect Storm of Jinping Plague, Climate, Mass migration, Broxit, Pollution, Waste, Micro-plastics, Species loss, Shortages, Energy price inflation, Inequality, Global Monopolies, AI, Robotics, Terrorism, Global Transport disruption and fragile infrastructure, city house price inflation, Offshore, tax-free greed and corruption. All these seem to be beyond his inherited superpowers as an upper class twat.
The natives are getting decidedly "uppity" right across the globe. True leadership is so sorely absent that dictatorship, protest and extreme weather conditions are becoming the norm. Not just for a few in some far flung "foreign land" but for billions of very real people.

Now there is even talk of Sly "Plague" Jinping losing it. Or even losing power. As his crooked and hideously unequal, economic system crashes around his ears.
