Sunday 10th 40-52F, cool and bright but very cloudy. No walk yet. Because I rode to the shops instead. Several cyclists out training. Some cars with racing bikes on the back going to an event. I tried to keep up the revs but my knees were slightly painful. Probably too much crouching on an outdoor project I am working on. My knees have been hurting on the stairs. Still, it was good to get out on the trike again. The landscape in the sharp, early sunlight was gorgeous. It has clouded over now. The fields and air were dotted with a mixture of crows and jackdaws. Sunshine in the afternoon.
