Sunday 19th 63-76F, heavy overcast with a southerly breeze. Expected to be even warmer today but with only a little sunshine. It feels very warm and humid.A walk to the village in quiet traffic. It has reached 68F already by 9am. I was about to photograph three Moorhen chicks by a garden pond. When a dog started barking at me. The chicks immediately vanished into the undergrowth. Grr?
A short ride to the lake to photograph the Great Crested Grebes.
