25.11.2025 Snow persistence.

  Tuesday 25th 36F/2.2C [6.50] Light rain or showers continuing. I was hoping the snow would have been washed away by now. There are certainly signs of depletion. Though not enough be able to ignore the potential danger of slippery roads. At least, not yet. 63F/17C in the room. I'll light the stove eventually.

 Up at 6.10 after a fairly busy night. 

 7.10 Stove lit and going well.  

9.20 Back from a short walk. Grey, still and raining lightly. The roads were clear but soggy. I was jumping onto the snowy verges with every passing vehicle. A few thoughtfully gave me a wide berth. Others continued on autopilot. Only a few gulls drifting about. Or holding down the fields. A smattering of noisy jackdaws back seat piloting.

 My usual visit to my friend was delayed by the poor weather conditions. 

 Another day wasted on YouTube. 

 Dinner was [discounted] free range sausage, an egg and chips.
