12.11.2025 Get a grip!

  Wednesday 12th 48F/9C [7.45] A grey, rather windy day, with showers. 64F/17.8C in the room.

 Up at 6.10 after an average night. 

 No walk. 

 Doctor's appointment at 11.30. To discuss chronic muscle pain and dizziness. Possibly due to the known side effects of a specific heart medication. Now say all of that in pidgin Danish while chewing gum.

 12.25 Back from the village. My statin tablets will be halved in strength. Pain killers for the hands and wrists. Shopped afterwards.

 I made several attempts to complete the washing up. At three laps I am still two frying pans short of a set. Fortunately I only need one.

 Dinner was a fry-up with chips, peas and tomatoes.
