Saturday 14th 43F, another grey day. The promise of some sunshine was not fulfilled yesterday. What chance it will today? I'm beginning to sound like a conspiracy theorist. Whadya mean "beginning?" 🤣
As the transporters of culled mink continue to let them fall onto the roads, the Danish police have stopped a lorry driver. It was suggested the driver was trying to export a load of culled mink over the border. To process and sell the fur as prices soar due to a perceived shortage. I hope he was more careful about securing his load that the other lot. I seriously doubt the German police would put up with a trail of squashed mink down their autobahn!
Meanwhile mink farm owners are sending in false claims to be clear of the virus. Some are even "threatening" to move their activities to Eastern European countries. Though this assumes the host country would be willing to accept the risk and the stench.
Imagine if the Jinping Plague was even more lethal? Would their behaviour change one iota? It is widely reported that mink across the world are proving susceptible to the virus. With two-way transmission, from a mutated, virus reservoir in the remaining herds, a serious threat of a future pandemic.
It is also reported that more wild birds have died of bird flu in Denmark. Though this strain is not a threat to human health so far.
I mustn't forget to mention Chump. Since I know my billions of avid readers are keen to hear the latest: Apparently, he is now threatening to build A Great Wall around New York. To ensure no vaccine gets in.
Which begs the question of how all his NY Chumps are going to save themselves from continuing self-harm. After partying late into the night without masks. Because they can!
Would it be too much of a stretch to suggests that the majority of US deaths are only amongst [overweight] Chump supporters? i.e. Those who followed HIS expert advice on mask wearing and followed his piss-poor diet? Which, by a huge and unmissable irony, cost him the election?
Whoops there goes his immunity from prosecution! I wonder if Chump will be allowed to gold plate the bars of his prison cell? Perhaps a small gold "T" emblazoned on the lock casing to suggest his self-importance? 😉
