16.05.2020 Reset +2. A famine by any other name..

~~

Saturday 16th 47F bright with a fitful wind. Expected to be cloudy or sunny or windy or all three. Or none of the above. It was mostly overcast and blowing hard for my walk to the marsh pond. No sign of any wildlife except for a dozen swallows skimming back and forth over the lake. I could have done with my winter walking jacket as I hung about. Hoping for at least one duck or even a coot. It wasn't to be. So I returned home.

UK motorists, who were stopped and questioned about road closures and expanded pavements to make room for walkers and cyclists, are complaining about a savage new anti-car mentality. They then drove the last 30 yards to the nearest takeaway, or corner shop. Before driving the 70 yards back home again.

The cost of building the equivalent of another 0.07 yards of new, inner city motorway is to be spent on new, but temporary cycle and walking routes, in cities across the entire country, over the next 25-75 years. These new cycle lanes will be ripped up, to add another lane to existing roads, as soon as public attention turns to the next media fabricated disaster.

The UK government is to follow well established, Danish taxation policy on electric vehicles. By raising import duties on bicycles and walking boots by 3000%. This is to pay for individual therapy for the motorists claiming compensation for PTSD due to these unwanted changes.

Massed convoys of protesting drivers are expected to increase Britain's CO2 production by 80%, year on year, in line with Britain's strict new CO2 expansion policies.

Warning: The following video shows cyclists cycling on motorist's territory. Which might inflame owners of cars. Adult supervision is strongly advised:
