Friday 5th 42F/5.6C. Heavily overcast again. More heavy rain later this afternoon. The morning should be dry enough for a shopping ride.
Up at 6.15 after a reasonable night. My back hurts. Probably from stacking the logs. Or moving the heavy trailer. I have been parking it beside the house. To allow more space for the rubble trailer to turn. No sign of any progress on that front.
8.00 Just to the lanes and back. Cold on the hands.
11.00 Returned from a shopping ride. 22km. Cold and grey but dry. Restocked the larder.
It started raining at 14.00.
Dinner was beans on toast.
