26.3.2020 Day 14. Today's Jinping Pandemic Darwin Award: B-O-Y-D: Bring Out Your Dead!

Thursday 26th 32-42F, it could be bright if there were fewer clouds. 😏  Full sun promised for later. With lighter winds and a possible 10C/50F. Followed by colder weather at the weekend.

I was very pleasant to be walking in the sunshine with a much lighter easterly wind. Up to the forest, along the spray tracks past the marsh and back home. About an hour and ten minutes. Traffic still lighter that normal. Lots of birds about.

The Danish government is rushing through new laws to forbid more than two people from assembling outside their homes. The previous figure was ten and even that wasn't enough for water pipe smokers. The police will have the necessary powers to fine those who break the rules. But what if they never inhaled? Is that an excuse?

Criminals who abuse the pandemic, for profit, should soon face jail terms instead of fines in Denmark. Sociopaths will always find an excuse for their evil absence of conscience. Though there is always the personal choice. It is a shame they can't reach the sick bastards who stole whole shipments of masks on their way from Asia. Organized crime will always find a way to profit from misery. It is their stock in trade.
