I have already shown the LongJohn delivery bike but Denmark still has lots of so called "Budcykler"(plural) and "budcykel" (singular) Despite their extra weight penalty over a modern bike they still seem remarkably popular. Offering a different ride for the slightly more exhibitionist rider perhaps? Or the chance to carry the shopping home in more style and far more security than two carrier bags swinging wildly from the dropped handlebars of a modern, sporting city bike. Or simply to carry a crate of beer home in relative safety? The Danes are quite keen on buying their beer in crates.
