  Saturday 24th 48F/9C [8.50] Wet and very windy from the south. Peaking at 12C and 18m/s.

 Up at 04.00 after a sleepless night. I was feeling too hot. Despite the nominal 22C in the room. A reaction to the jabs? AI says yes. The body is racking up a response to its immune system. As long I don't become a zombie. From lack of sleep.

 Back to bed at 5.30. Slept until 8.30. More weird dreams.  

 10.00 I've had my chat with my minder. 

 Rain and gales do not make for a pleasant walk. The bright water is running down the drive. It reflects the grey sky. Making it easy to see. As chains of small puddles. The house is least protected from southerly winds. All other directions are protected by tall trees and shrubs. 

 It rained quite heavily at times. Though I was hardly aware of the wind. That may change tomorrow. 

 Another day wasted on YouTube.

 My timed afternoon nap became a nonsense. After I turned off the ringing and went straight back to sleep. 

 Dinner was wholemeal bread rolls. With an assortment of decoration.
