  Saturday 30th 58F/14C [7.30] Bright but cloudy. Peaking at 19C. Rather breezy. With westerly gusts to 12m/s. 69F/21C in the room. 60F/15.6C in the greenhouse. 

 Up at 3am due to continuous coughing. Went back to bed at 5am and slept until 7am.

 I must get out for some fresh air. It might help to clear my lungs. I am making no progress just sitting around.

 10.15 Rather overcast. Back from a walk to the road. I made it 100m along the road but then crossed and turned back. Coughing violently.

 The day was wasted on YouTube and dozing or napping. Coughing at intervals.

 Dinner will be a cheese roll and tomato soup. No pictures. I washed up.
