Up at 5am after an awful night. Uncomfortable, coughing, sneezing and aching. Nauseous with heartburn when I lay on my side. Pain across my stomach, every time I needed the fire bucket. Which was roughly twice an hour. I told you I haven't been well.
A nurse from the city hospital rang to follow up on m recent visit. We had a pleasant chat in my best Danglish.
After that it was a long day of drifting between YouTube and slowly exploring the sun filled garden. With occasional naps for good measure. My babysitter planted some of my collection of dark foliage plants and trees.
Dinner was a beautifully presented salad. Which thankfully stayed down. The toasted bread rolls provided an interesting contrast. I limited myself to only one half and did not risk a sip of red wine tonight. Nor evening coffee.
